Create New Exhibition

Go to the Exhibition page on your EVA Gallery dashboard to add a new exhibition.

Click on '+ Insert new' to create a brand-new digital exhibition.

Fill the mandatory fields: 

• Name: The title of your exhibition. This will appear on your public profile and virtual exhibition page.
• Gallery: Choose which Artist Gallery your exhibition will be connected to. If you haven’t created one yet, you’ll need to do that first. 

Add optional details:

• Description: Add context, or a curatorial statement. This helps viewers understand your concept.
• Date: Set opening and closing dates for your exhibition (e.g. if you’re timing it with a real-world event).
• Curator: Credit the curator, if applicable. You can list yourself or another collaborator.
• 3D Designer Active: After you've built a virtual environment in the 3D Designer, you can link it here to turn your exhibition into a 3D immersive experience. Here are the steps of creating a 3D virtual environment!

• Public: Make sure that this box is checked to make the exhibition visible on your EVA Gallery profile. Leave it turned 'off' if you’re still working on it!

Pro Tip: You can come back and edit any of these fields later, so don’t stress if something isn’t ready yet.

Once your exhibition is created:

1. Click into the newly created exhibition to open its details page.

2. Click ‘Edit’.

3. Browse your uploaded artworks and select which ones you’d like to include in the exhibition.

4. Save your changes.
